- Implemented io_wait_boost
- Implemented Fsync on/off (User choise)
- Reduced Debugs Loggings
- Optimize ext4 overwrited files
- Enabled ECN by default
- Added dev_freq_boost adapt for 4.19
- Added cpu_input_boost adapt for 4.19 (Disabled)
- Added CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL (Some Optimizations)
- Fixed dt2w in some roms
- Revert some zygote forks boosts to save power usage and open apps more quickly
- More Misc changes
